1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ARKofUSA website (the "Site") or registering for any ARKofUSA camp, event, or service (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Site or Services.

ARKofUSA Inc ("ARKofUSA," "we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site or Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

Our camps and training programs are open to athletes of various ages as specified for each event. To register for Services or use certain features of the Site, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent and registration completed by a parent or legal guardian if under 18.
• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

3. Age Requirements

Athletes under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete all registration forms, provide consent, and assume responsibility for the minor's participation. ARKofUSA does not knowingly accept registrations directly from minors without parental or guardian involvement.

4. Site Usage

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site. You may not:

• Use the Site for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its related systems.
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code through the Site.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to collect data from the Site without our prior written consent.

5. Camp Registration Terms

By registering for a camp, you agree to the following:

• All registration information must be accurate and complete.
• You will receive a confirmation email once payment is processed and your registration is confirmed.
• Camp schedules, venues, and availability are subject to change. We will notify registered participants of any material changes.
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. User Conduct at Camps

All participants, parents, guardians, and spectators are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all ARKofUSA events. The following conduct is prohibited:

• Physical or verbal harassment, bullying, or intimidation of any kind.
• Use of profanity or abusive language directed at coaches, staff, participants, or other attendees.
• Possession or use of alcohol, drugs, or any controlled substances at camp facilities.
• Possession of weapons of any kind.
• Damaging camp facilities, equipment, or property.
• Any behavior that endangers the safety of others.

ARKofUSA reserves the right to remove any participant or attendee from a camp or event for violation of these conduct standards, without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and in our training materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, training drills, curriculum, and the ARKofUSA brand name and logo, are the property of ARKofUSA Inc or its licensors and are protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent. The ARKofUSA name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of ARKofUSA Inc.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ARKofUSA disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee any specific results from participation in our camps or training programs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ARKofUSA Inc, its officers, directors, employees, coaches, volunteers, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or participation in any Services, regardless of the basis of the claim.

In no event shall ARKofUSA's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to ARKofUSA for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ARKofUSA Inc, its officers, directors, employees, coaches, volunteers, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, participation in Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by ARKofUSA. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You acknowledge and agree that ARKofUSA is not liable for any damage or loss caused by the use of such third-party websites.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Nevada.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
